The Pachamama Cacao farmers’ collective, which will soon be starting the 2024 cacao harvest, works just as naturally: When the Peruvian farmers’ collective removes the beans from the fruit, it immediately reconnects the precious kernels with the most primal force of all – the sun. The 40 farming families ferment the beans naturally under the open sky in the warmth of the sun. When humans produce natural products, they have to intervene in nature and separate a part of nature. However, by using his courageous instincts, he reconnects the separated nature with pure natural power, then the chances are good that a noble premium product will result.
