In today’s complex times, truth is becoming increasingly valuable. But does objective truth even exist?
Truth is always based on consciousness and knowledge. However, people have very different categories of knowledge. In our western culture, the acquired cognitive knowledge a high value. Law, the sciences and a large part of communication, as well as the entire school and education system, are based on this head-oriented knowledge.
TRUTH IS NOT THERE TO JUDGE AND REBUKE. YOUR TRUTH ALWAYS SERVES YOUR LEARNING.
But there is also an innate knowledgewith which we were born. We can build on this with our Gut instinct can always fall back on. This knowledge is particularly helpful when we have to embark on new adventures, inevitable changes or even seductive innovations, or have to do so with basic trust.
And there is an immeasurable source of wisdom that is always fresh to us as wisdom from the present moment when we open our open our heart and can therefore not only give, but also receive. The heart pulsates to the rhythm of the lungs. When the lungs expand, the heart opens wide. In this opening movement, we can receive fresh wisdom every moment as information from the cosmos and from the unity of all existence.
THE WORLD DOES NOT NEED MORE COGNITIVE KNOWLEDGE. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE COMPASSION AND WISDOM.

However, wisdom does not want to be integrated into instinctive or cognitive knowledge. Wisdom is always the number one priority and the starting point for every decision and movement.
When we practice LU JONG and MUNAY, we are always practicing devotion to the harmony of all three knowledges: the instinctive and cognitive knowledges THEN the wise presence; that is creative power.
Why do we at SONQO also work with superfoods and ceremonial plants? The reason is very simple: because plants teach us that there is more than just innate knowledge (instinct) and trained cognitive knowledge. Plants show us that there is something so incredibly powerful, more powerful than the mind. And that is the wisdom that connects all beings, which comes from the source of the heart.
When we no longer categorize any of the knowledges as more important and experience all three knowledges in harmony, then there is no longer an objective truth, but a continuous serving of the unique truth that emerges within us when we no longer critically discuss the truth of others, but recognize it as inspiration to perceive our individual truth, and to use this information adequately as a gift into form as a gift.
