How seductive is efficiency, especially now in the final spurt towards contemplative moments, when the Advent calendar is counting fewer and fewer packages, the festive season is approaching, the remaining time is getting shorter, deals have to be concluded correctly, the festive season has to be perfectly prepared and glorious gifts have to fulfill expectations?

Efficiency is the modern magic word: it can be seen in all areas of life. Modern technology makes it possible and corresponding communication with a subtle breeze of passive-aggressive pressure increases the high pace even more. People glorify purposeful efficiency while literally hating their little brothers – stress, error and strife. Just as machines work automatically and highly efficiently for us, even children in today’s schools are trained to be efficient in many situations. They are not expected to listen to their inner nature, but to function on the outside as if automated for a performance system. In many places, they are taught not to learn and act out of love for their intrinsic interests, but to perform to the beat of their own drum in order to be appreciated and at best even loved in return by arbitrary standards set by adults. Through efficiency, love degenerates into a kind of barter currency: recognition in exchange for performance.

Processes and communication can be optimized so efficiently that the heart and love fall by the wayside.

For a high-quality product like Pachamama Cacao, efficiency management can be the biggest test: A first-class product like our Pachamama Cacao quickly reaches a high level of demand. And this is where the wheat is separated from the chaff: can a manufactory with success keep calm, focus on organic growth (instead of being directly seduced by efficiency and optimization in management), while the people involved remain true to their original artisanal motivation and the basic social and ecological values associated with it? How does our farmers’ collective in Peru achieve this?

The two parts of the word (MANUS = hand and FAKTUR = to make) come from Latin. A manufactory is a business that combines traditional craftsmanship and modern technologies, while human skill, sensitivity and careful handling of precious resources are essential to guarantee high quality.

HAND ON THE HEART

The hand represents the sun and the sun in turn stands for our light-filled connection to the entire cosmos. The heart symbolizes our love for all of humanity. So when we place our hand on our heart, we unconditionally connect our individual existence with the whole of humanity and the entire cosmos. We bring the awareness of UNITY – ALL & ONE TO BE into tangible experience.

With this in mind, Pachamama Cacao is produced holistically by hand and heart:

1. pachamama cacao is made from original seeds that are resistant and do not require any chemicals or other additives. mentally: There is no protective or deficient thinking in Cacao Chuncho. There is pure love . 2.
