We can find beauty, romance and common denominators in the outside world. But peace is at home within ourselves.
Of course it is possible to experience peace on the outside, but this peace is very dependent on circumstances; a so-called “good-weather peace”. Inner peace is completely independent of circumstances. It is a resource that is available at all times.
PEACE WORK BEGINS ON THE INSIDE.
Sometimes inner peace demands a lot or even everything from us: Namely COEUR-AGE, to knock on the table courageously, to speak unpleasant truths with a glad heart or to heartily let go of what is outdated and say goodbye. This can lead to temporary disharmony, but in the longer term to a healthy new breeding ground. In between lies the space of transition, change, decay and eternal becoming. From a destructive point of view, there is a lot to lose, there are disputes, arguments and wars. But in the same transformative space lies so much opportunity for creativity and the refreshment of connection when these in-between spaces are nurtured with the atmosphere of inner peace and goodwill.
PEACE MEANS BEING RECEPTIVE.
Inner peace does not want to avoid, ward off, separate and exclude. Peace means being receptive. Like driving in a car for eight hours, not moving and sitting relaxed while the world is allowed to come towards you. Or when you sit in the lotus with your feet on your stomach (gut feeling) and your hands on your heart (heart power) and observe how thoughts come and go in a natural flow, like waves on a wide, calmly flowing ocean. Inner peace is (at least for moments) free from worldly ideas and stories. The greater the willingness to mentally “die” into NOT-KNOWING, the greater the chance of waking up into pure existence, into the soul presence, into the ancient awareness that has been there for millions of years. But how can you do this if your own thought carousel keeps starting up or spinning in an endless loop? In the SONQO CACAO COURSE, learn how to return to inner peace in order to harness the full power of natural superfood for your heart. The first module (three half-days) provides you with a lot of background knowledge about the millennia-old origins of the food of the gods. This also includes the physical, mental and spiritual potential of Pachamama Cacao.
And with the JUNGLE VIBES group trip, we immerse ourselves in the peace of the wilderness and explore the peace within our own inner wild nature together:
