Looking out to sea, we see waves that come and go. It is understandably impossible to stick to one of these waves. It is the same with thoughts: they come and go. As soon as we cling to a thought, we create an idea, a concept or a method. It is the same with romantically beautiful, constructive thoughts as it is with destructive thoughts. If we focus on the outside world without first being well connected to our inner world, then we create attachment on the outside. We cling to the outside world because we unconsciously know that it is transient. Fears arise from this unconscious relationship with the outside world. However, focusing on the inner world does not mean naively turning away from the outer world, ignoring it and taking refuge in an inner paradise. Focusing on the inner world involves the active practice of being aware of one’s own complexity, free from thoughts and surrendering to the FEELING of the heart atmosphere present in the current moment: FIRST.
in the coherence of the heart to all other organs and the entire physical body (harmony in physical existence) SECONDLYin the coherence of the heart
to the current hormonal processes (harmony in social connections and the whole of humanity as a unit) THIRDLY
in the coherence of the heart to the breath (harmony in the ecological connection of the entire cosmos). If all three levels of existence are in harmony, we can make clear, constructive decisions in the outside world and act with vitality. However, life always responds with changes and wants to keep us alive. So it constantly brings us new disharmonies. If a disharmony is felt on one of the three levels of existence, then we need to change direction in our decisions in order to restore the harmony of this trinity. We feel this unity as a free flow of love. Peruvian cosmology calls this MUNAY. And so we allow our inner GPS – the trinity of our heart coherence – to guide us wisely from the so-called center out into the outside world via MUNAY. We connect the inner and outer world with intrinsic thought and action – this is truly practiced mindfulness integrated into daily life. Let your heart take the lead with its multi-layered coherence.
